I the undersigned acting as participant or parentguardian of the participant agree to abide by any decisions of the race director relative to safely completing the event. I assume all risks associated in attending this event including but not limited to falls contact with other participants the effects of the weather traffic and the conditions of the terrain all such risks being known and approved by me. Having read this waiver and knowing these facts and in consideration of you accepting my entry I for myself and anyone entitled to act on my behalf waive and release Vertical Runner Race Management Northcoast 24 Hour and its organizing committee Cleveland Metroparks and all sponsors volunteers medical professionals their representatives and successors from all claims of liability of any kind arising out of my participation in this event. I hereby grant full permission to any or all of the foregoing to use any photographs video tapes motion pictures recordings or and other record of this event for any legitimate purpose. I also understand that an event of this kind has many fixed costs based on my registration and agree to the no refund policy for personal circumstances which may keep me from participating andor circumstances out of the control of the race organizing committee which would prompt justified cancellation of the event.
