Mohican 5k Run and Walk

Event Details: 

The Loudonville-Mohican Area Chamber of Commerce will host the 10th Annual Mohican 5K Run & Walk in Loudonville on October 15th, 2017. Proceeds from this event will be used to help maintain and improve the bike path connecting downtown Loudonville to Mohican State Park Campground.

The bike path has been a wonderful grass roots effort combining countless volunteer hours of work, along with numerous financial donations from supportive individuals and organizations. The bike path connects Loudonville’s Riverside Park with the Mohican State Park Campgrounds just south of town on State Route 3.   

Both run and walk races will be run together with 9 a.m. start time, with walkers lining up behind runners at the starting line.

Schedule of Events:   Race starts at 9am, with check-in and same day registrations 7:45-8:45a

Pricing:  cost is $30 per registrant

Included in Registration:   Long sleeve Mohican 5k tech shirt for registrations received by 9/30/17

Prizes:  Awards to first three finishers in each age groups of 14&U, 15-19, 20-29, 30-39, 40-49, 50-59, 60-69, 70+

Trophies awarded to overall top male and female finishers in both run and walk categories. Mugs awarded to top three finishers for each age group.  Medals awarded to top three finishers 14 & under.
