Event Details:
One day. Three races. Thousands helped. Join us for the 12th annual Buehler's Heart and Sole Community Walk and Run benefitting our local United Way. The Heart and Sole has something for everyone: 5K walk or run, 10K run and Half-Marathon. All races start in beautiful downtown Wooster. Schedule of Events:
Friday Night Packet Pick-up available from 4p-7p at Buehlers Milltown (3540 Milltown Rd., Wooster, OH) and race morning beginning at 6:30am.
Starting Line: Corner of North Street and North Market Street in Downtown Wooster, OH.
- Buehler's Heart and Sole Half Marathon (13.1 miles) -- 7:30 am Half Marathon Course Map and Directions (pdf) (A web-based map is not available as our course travels on a city running path called Kinney Path. This path does not appear on web-based maps.)
- Buehler's Heart and Sole 10K Walk / Run (6.2 miles) -- 8:00 am 10K Course Map and Directions
- Buehler's Heart and Sole 5K Walk / Run (3.1 miles) -- 8:00 am 5K Course Map and Directions
IMMEDIATELY FOLLOWING THE RACE: Awards will be given immediately after the race. Awards will not be mailed. Age Groups:12 and under, 13-15, 16-19, 20-29, 30-39, 40-49, 50-59, 60+.
Pricing: Use the following format for all of your different ticketing types
5K $30 ($35 after August 15)
10K $30 ($35 after August 15)
HALF MARATHON $40 ($45 after August 15)
Included in Registration:
RACE ENTRY, T-SHIRT, POST-RACE NUTRITION, TIMING
Prizes:
Overall Male- 1st, 2nd, 3rd and Overall Female- 1st, 2nd, 3rd will receive a custom, hand-made metal award created by a local craftsman. Awards will be given immediately after the race. Awards will not be mailed. Age Groups:12 and under, 13-15, 16-19, 20-29, 30-39, 40-49, 50-59, 60+.
